From Graham’s Forge, Fort Chiswell, Max Meadows, Wytheville or Galax

  1. Interstate 81 North to Exit 89 A.
  2. Continue 2-½ miles South on Rt. 100.
  3. Turn left on Rt. 726 (Sayers Rd.). The clinic is 100 yards ahead on the left.
  4. Note: Coming off of I-81 on exit 89A, you will automatically merge onto Rt. 100, heading south towards Hillsville. At 2 miles you will pass an abandoned country store on the right, after which the road becomes curvy. As you pass a couple of yellow highway caution signs, signal left, slow down, and prepare to turn left onto Rt. 726/Sayers Rd. If you are not prepared, it easy to drive past Rt. 726, in which case you can turn around in the church parking lot a half mile down Rt. 100.

From Dublin, Radford, Christiansburg, Giles, Blacksburg or Roanoke

  1. Interstate 81 South to Exit 89 A.
  2. Continue 2-½ miles South on Rt. 100.
  3. Turn left on Rt. 726 (Sayers Rd.). The clinic is 100 yards on the left.

From Sylvatus, Barren Springs, Hillsville or Dugspur

  1. Drive north on Rt. 100 towards Pulaski and I-81.
  2. 3 miles from the New River bridge, or 1.3 miles from the Wythe/Pulaski County line, turn right on Rt. 726 (Sayers Rd.). The clinic is 100 yards ahead on the left.

From Pulaski

While northern Pulaski residents may prefer to take I-81 South, downtown residents will find it more direct to drive over Draper Mountain.
  1. Drive South on Washington Avenue/Route 11 past Tom’s Drive-In and Calfee Park over Draper Mountain.
  2. Continue under Interstate 81 (where Rt. 11 becomes Rt. 100) and drive south towards Hillsville for 2-½ miles.
  3. Turn left on Rt. 726 (Sayers Rd.).
